FAQs

  • In order to secure your event date, I do require a signed contract & non-refundable

    Retainer fee of $300. This retainer fee goes towards your overall total and is not additional.

  • There is minimum booking requirement of at least 5 wedding day services, not including trial or travel fees.

    You are welcome to pick and choose as needed from the A La Carte menu or from one of the larger packages that I offer, which do include travel.

  • About a month before your event date, I’ll prepare and send you a personalized wedding morning timeline. This will provide you and your bridal party with a clear overview of how the morning will unfold.

    Our usual practice is to arrive 30 minutes before the first service to handle parking and set up. It would be greatly appreciated if you could ensure that your bridal party is informed about their service times. This proactive approach will help us prevent any potential confusion on the morning of the event and assist us in maintaining the schedule.

    Final touch ups & clean up will take place once all services are done. Touch ups include: refreshing curls, loose pieces of hair, and lip applications.

  • You will have up to 30 days prior to your event date to make changes to the schedule and/or number of people receiving makeup services. This allows me time to find additional assisting artists if need be.

    Once our contract is signed, you cannot remove services but are able to add on services. If members of your party cancel bringing you lower than at least $800 minimum, you are fully responsible for the amount reflected on the invoice.

  • If you choose to book a package – Andar Conmigo or Eres Para Mi, travel is included. If booking A La Carte, travel is $1.00 per mile roundtrip outside the city limits of 92506.
