FAQs

  • When you’re ready to secure your date in our calendar this is the information I will need to complete your invoice of services and your wedding day contract/agreement:

    • How many services will you need us to provide that day?

    • Party member names and service (specify if they are having both services or just one service and which service they want.)

    • Have retainer fee of $300 that goes toward your total. You will have the option to pay through HoneyBook or Zelle (951) 807-4816, Zelle being the preferred method.

  • You will have a breakdown of 3 payments, unless a different payment plan is discussed.

    First, your retainer of $100.

Then your second payment will be at the midpoint from your wedding date.

Your last payment will be 5 days before your wedding day. If your last payment isn't received on time or isn't paid the day before your event. I will take that as you are canceling your services.

  • Postpone: If you have to postpone you will be responsible to pay your second payment which if applicable I will apply this amount to your new available date (if am available). If I am not available, I will designate a fellow team artist to take over. After 1st postponements you will have to re-book and any payment made will be forfeited.

Cancelation: If for any reason there is a cancelation you will forfeit any money that has been paid. If you cancel 2 weeks or less before your wedding date you will be responsible for the full amount. This is due to the time taken for communication, arrangements, event day artist(s), and the cost of jobs forgone.

  • There will be a preplanned timeline where we arrive 30 minutes before the first service. If someone is not available on their scheduled time on the timeline, they will be pushed back on the timeline and we will take the next person. This is to ensure that we are on time.

Final touches will be done 15 minutes after the timeline is complete. That includes: refreshing curls, loose pieces of hair, etc. Lip application will be last to allow time for eating.

  • I ask at least 2 months before your event to add on services. It helps me acquire extra artists to accommodate the schedule. I try my best to make these accommodations so please ask me either way.

If for the luckiest chance we can accommodate an extra service the day of the event we will do our best to make ourselves available to service them at the end of the schedule. We can't make any promises though.

  • I have a group of up to 4 artists that can help accommodate larger parties. Each artist has a minimum requirement of 4 services which means we will need at least 5 hours that includes set and finishing touches.

  • No travel isn’t included but I set at a flat rate and is paid per artist that is on site for your wedding date. Also parking and valet will be added if not taken care of by the bride or host for the day.

  • A late payment is considered 3 day from your event date

Yes there is but if we don’t receive your payment 5-3 days before your event you will have to send your payment through Zelle or Venmo if that isn’t possible and you pay through HoneyBook past the 3 day you will pay a 10% late fee added to your invoice.
